Sahitya Akademi Prize For Translation in Bodo: The Sahitya Akademi Prize For Translation was introduced in 1989. The award was established to acknowledge and promote translations of literary works into the 24 languages recognized by the Akademi. Besides winning the Prize for Translation Award, the Bodo authors have also been honored in various other categories of Akademi awards, such as Sahitya Akademi Award, Bal Sahitya Puraskar, and Yuva Puraskar.

Sahitya Akademi Prize For Translation Prize Money
The recipient receives a monetary award prize, which was Rs.10,000 in 1989, Rs.15,000 in 2001, Rs.20,000 from 2003, and currently Rs.50,000 since 2009.
