The following are the key Cabinet decisions highlighted in the recent meeting
1. The Cabinet has approved departmental proceedings and show-cause notices for employees illegally receiving Orunodoi benefits.
2. The Cabinet has approved celebrating 2025 as the “Year of Reading.”
3. The Cabinet has approved setting up of the Assam International Skill Centre under ASDM.
4. The Cabinet has approved of payment of RS. 9000 per month to the Gaon Pradhans in Forest Villages and in non 6th Schedule areas from 1 January.
