BTR Peace Accord Day: The BTR Accord Day is celebrated annually on January 27 by the citizens of Bodoland, marking a significant milestone in the region’s history. This year, 2025, is particularly special as the BTC government is set to celebrate the fifth BTR Peace Accord Day with a two-day program at Green Field, Bodofa Nwgwr, in Kokrajhar.
Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma will be the chief guest at the grand celebration of the BTR Peace Accord Day, scheduled to take place on January 28. The event will also witness the presence of BTR Chief Executive Member (CEM) Pramod Boro, along with other prominent leaders, dignitaries, government officials, and distinguished guests.
