Biography of New DC of Kokrajhar, Masanda Magdalin Pertin, IAS
Masanda madalin pertin was brought and bought up in Arunachal Pradesh, She was a very studios student in her schooling days. Her Father Name is Sri Muk Pertin, Senior Advocate and her Mother Name is Milonti Pertin, A teacher, She studied her primary school from Siang Model School Pasighat, her Secondary School from VKV Tafragam, and her Higher Secondary from VKV Nirjuli, She completed her graduation from Guwahati University, She did Master of Philosophy in Post Graduation and PhD Scholar from JNU, New Delhi. She was only 27 years when she cracked UPSC civil servent examination and secured placed in the 443rd rank . Her hard work and patience was worthful from being a student to the post of District Commissioner.
