Eligibility Criteria For Sainik School Goalpara
To appear in AISSEE Exam 2025 to get admission at Sainik Schools, students must need to meet the eligibility criteria.
Class VI Eligibility Criteria
- The Students must be between the ages of 10 and 12 years as of 31st March 2025.
- Admission for Girls is open for Class VI. Age criteria is same as for boys.
Class IX Eligibility Criteria
- The Students must be between the ages of 13 and 15 years as of 31st March 2025.
- Admission for Girls is open for Class IX, subject to availability of vacancies Age criteria is same as boys.
- Additionally, candidates should have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
How to Apply for Sainik School Goalpara Admission 2025-26?
- Visit the NTA official website i.e https://exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/
- Register online using unique Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Complete the online application form accurately
- Upload the required documents
- Pay the application fee through the SBI Bank Payment Gateway using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Ensure you keep proof of the fee payment for future reference.
Document Required
- Scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph (file size: 10kb-200 kb) in JPG
- format.
- Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb-30kb) in JPG format.
- Candidate’s left-hand thumb impression. (file size 10 kb -50 kb) in JPG format.
- Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Caste/Community/ Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Certificate of service (for Defence category-serving) and PPO for Exservicemen, if applicable.
- Certificate from the Principal certifying that the applicant is studying in the approved New Sainik School. (Applicable only for those who are studying currently in approved New Sainik Schools).
- The certificates as detailed above: File size (50 kb to 300 kb) in PDF.
Sainik School Admission Selection Process
The Selection Process for the Sainik Schools is through AISSEE 2025 followed by E-Counselling, Medical Fitness certified by Competent Medical Authority and verification of documents. And lastly the final selection will be on the basis of the position in the Merit List of AISSEE 2025.
